Send your tech pack (flat sketch, spec sheet, fabric info, etc.) via KakaoTalk, or send a physical sample instead. A physical sample has to ship directly to the factory, so review may take a bit longer.
Our team personally checks the category, fabric, expected volume, and other details, and follows up directly in chat if anything needs clarifying.
